If you will go to Google Domain within 5 days the Delete Site will be Disabled, and it will get enabled after 5 days. • Premium domains and domains transferred in cannot be refunded.
• .jp domains cannot be refunded.
• Contact Google Domains support to initiate a refund. The registration of your domain will be cancelled once your refund is processed.

You will need to tell him that you want to cancel the domain and if you have raised the request within 5 days of registration and its not more than 3 cancellation , he will take your request for Cancellation and you will get the refund within the next 14 days and a confirmation mail.
